Can I stop by without an appointment?

We welcome visitors during our shop hours:

Thursday — Approximately 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday — 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Please note: hours may vary slightly. For the most current schedule, refer to our Instagram.

Outside of these times, Thesis operates by appointment only. This structure has been in place since our opening and helps us maintain a calm, uninterrupted experience with little to no client crossover — a practice we’ve continued with intention post-Covid.

Appointments may be booked through Vagara, by phone, or via email.

Cancellation Policy

To honor the time of both clients and practitioners, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

  • 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • up to 100% of the service price.

The Sculptural Facial

Created by Yakov Gershkovich, the Sculptural Facial is a specialized technique that focuses on releasing deep muscular tension in the face. Rather than chasing superficial results, this treatment acknowledges and addresses the physiological impact of stress and chronic tension — helping you feel lighter, more open, and more at ease.

Clients often report both visible shifts and a notable emotional release after treatment.

Please note: clients must be at least 4 to 6 weeks post-injection to receive this service.

Return Policy

We gladly accept unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase.

If a product has been opened or damaged, we are unable to offer a refund. We do not issue refunds on gift cards.
