Please inform your provider if any of the following apply, as they may prevent you from receiving treatment at this time:
History of clotting or bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia)
Recent Botox, filler, or thread treatments (must wait a minimum of 2 weeks)
Immunocompromised due to a medical condition or medication
Uncontrolled diabetes (elevated blood sugar)
Currently taking anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, heparin, or daily aspirin)
Active bacterial, viral, or fungal skin infection
Diagnosis of hepatitis or HIV
Eczema, psoriasis, or other active skin barrier dysfunction
Facial rash or cold sore (herpes simplex) outbreak
Current or recent use of Accutane (within the last 6 months)
Actinic keratoses, warts, birthmarks, or moles in the treatment area — please notify your provider
Anticipated sun exposure within two weeks post-treatment
Active malignancy or undergoing treatment with chemotherapy, radiation, or steroids
Known allergies to stainless steel, topical or local anesthetics, or history of contact dermatitis to these substances
